If you are stuck between two sizes, we recommend going with the larger one.

How to measure:

Upper Bust: Measure above your bust, under your arms

Bust: Measure fullest part of bust keeping tape parallel to floor

Under Bust: Measure under your breast where the bra band sits

Waist: Measure the smallest part of your waist

High Hips: Measure 3-4" (7-10 cm) below your waist, along your hip bones

Hips: Measure the fullest part of your hips and bum

Torso: Measure from the shoulder, down to the crotch, through the crotch and back up to the shoulder
