Orders made in Accra are dispatched once a week on thursday.
International orders are dispatched within 1-2 days via Ghana Post or DHL.
Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

VIVI-KINI will accept swimwear returns or exchange on any regularly priced, unwashed, unworn and unused merchandise. The merchandise must be accompanied by the original sales receipt and original tags and liners must still be attached.
Customers wishing to return or exchange merchandise purchased online at www.vivi-kini.com must first e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of delivery for a return authorization. The merchandise must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery confirmation.
All exchanges must include the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund. VIVI-KINI does not cover the return postage costs – this cost is at your own expense.
